2013 Wishlist: Sequel Edition!

1. Shades of Earth (Across the Universe 3) by Beth Revis
Seriously, the ending in A Million Suns (Book 2) was just plain insane! That cliffhanger was killer and it has been complete torture waiting for this book to be released! Luckily we don't have much longer to wait since it's publication is on January 15th!!

2. Requiem (Delirium 3) by Lauren Oliver
Is it just me or was 2012 the year of the cliffhangers?! I need, need, to know what is going to happen to Lena and with the person that appeared at the end of the book! Why must March 5th be so far away!?!

3. Unravel Me (Shatter Me 2) by Tahereh Mafi
I adored Mafi's writing style in Shatter Me and immediately fell in love witht he storyline. I loved how she made me even like the 'villian' character too. I can't wait to find out what happens next on February 5th!

4. Scarlet (Lunar Chronicles 2) by Marissa Meyer
I honestly didn't think I'd love Cinder as much as I did. I'm a little worried on how this book will follow a different character, Scarlet, which I believe will parallel some of Little Red Riding Hood. The plot sounds awesome, I'm just hoping Cinder won't totally be forgotten, she was kick-ass! This comes out on February 5th.

5. Untitled (Miss Peregrine 2) by Ransom Riggs
No cover, not really much of a plot released other than that it will follow the children's story and that it'll come out in Spring of 2013. All I know is that I WANT THIS BOOK! I recently finish book one, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and totally loved it! I can't wait to find out what happens next and I'll be constantly checking goodreads for updates on the plot, release and cover!

  1. I'm excited to read Requiem too! March 5th cannot come soon enough. Did you read Lauren Oliver's gift to tide us over Annabel? I thought that it was great and there is a teaser of the first chapter of Requiem.

  2. I'm still interested to read Cinder and then Scarlet (like the cover!) I only read the first Across the Universe book and none of the others, though-- will have to check them out. Hope you enjoy all the books on your wishlist. :)
