Amy Reed
August 2011
"Olivia, Kelly, Christopher, Jason, and Eva have one thing in common: They’re addicts. Addicts who have hit rock bottom and been stuck together in rehab to face their problems, face sobriety, and face themselves. None of them wants to be there. None of them wants to confront the truths about their pasts. But they’ll all have to deal with themselves and one another if they want to learn how to live. Because when you get that high, there’s nowhere to go but down, down, down."
I know this book doesn't come out for a while (okay like 8 months...) but I'm absolutely in love with the summary and cover. I mentioned back a couple weeks ago back in my Recovery Road Waiting on Wednesday post that I'm obsessed with books about people with problems. It's an addiction really. I love the fact that these are teens in rehab that all have different problems. I adore the last two sentences... Because when you get that high, there's nowhere to go but down, down, down. August is too far away!
