Guest Post: Kare from Epic Book Nerd

Hey There,
So my BBF (Best Blogger Friend) Katie asked me to guest post here on her blog [THANKS KATIE]!!!! I was trying to figure out what I should write about and books came to mind (imagine that!). I am a HUGE fan of lists so I will provide you with a few.

1. A list of why I like books :P

To me books are:

A time machine
(The Book Thief, To Kill a Mocking Bird, and Night)

A magic show
(Harry Potter, My Fair Godmother , and City of Bones)

A portal to another world
(The Chronicles of Narnia, The Iron King, and Now You See it)

A key to the past
(Revolution, Nobody’s Princess, and A Great and Terrible Beauty)

A window to the soul
(The Mocking Birds, I am the Messenger , and By the time you read this I’ll be Dead )

A vision of what could be
(The Hunger Games, Inside Out, and The Forest of Hands and Teeth)

A non-stop Laugh
(Hex Hall, Demonglass, and Just one Wish,)

A story between a boy and a girl
(The Oracle of Dating, Love Undercover, and At first Sight)

A view through a boy’s eyes
(Infinity, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and The Giver)

  7. I love your list 'Why I love books'! It's what I always try to explain when somebody asks me why I've always got my head buried in a different book every day. Love so many of the books you mentioned, especially Harry Potter (of course) and A Great and Terrible Beauty. Anyway, I'm following you now, Kare, and glad to have found you via this post. :)
